This boutique practice handles only contentious wills, trusts and probate matters, offering lawyers the opportunity to develop genuine expertise in a complex and growing area of law. You'll join a team of specialists managing a varied caseload including inheritance disputes, Inheritance Act claims, trust and estate disputes, capacity challenges, and executor/trustee disputes. The role offers significant autonomy alongside support from experienced colleagues.
